Invisible Hearing Aid

Hearing aids are also referred to as invisible-in-canal hearing aids. As the name implies, this type of hearing aid is small, discreet, and unnoticeable to others. This is a technical procedure by which a hearing aid is selected for a hearing impaired person, using an eclectic method comprising both subjective and objective procedures. A hearing aid is a medical device, and selecting the suitable device for the person depends on different measure such as degree and nature of hearing loss.

Usually, a trial session is done with at least of 2-3 brands of hearing aid so that the person and the audiologist may verify the suitability of a particular device, depending on the person's lifestyle, detached and psychological requirements, cosmetic preferences, feeling of well-being etc. During the trial period, the person is buoy anted to wear the hearing aid for unmitigated periods. The person may return the new hearing aid after extended-use wearing if they are unsatisfied with the device.
